Refund Policy

All samples are hand-decanted and re-bottled by ScentBarCA from 100% authentic fragrances sourced from brand owners or authorized retailers. For hygiene reasons, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
By making a purchase on ScentBarCA, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Damaged Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, you must contact ScentBarCA within 3 days of delivery. Claims require clear, unedited video evidence recorded at the time of opening the package, showing the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product as received.
Videos must clearly demonstrate the condition of the item and packaging upon first opening. Claims based solely on photos, incomplete footage, or evidence that appears altered, staged, or recorded after the package has been handled may be denied at ScentBarCA’s sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for inspecting their package immediately upon delivery. Requests submitted after the 3-day reporting window will not be considered.
Refunds, if any, are not guaranteed and are issued only at ScentBarCA’s discretion when damage during transit is clearly verified.
Refund Process (if applicable)
In limited cases where damage during transit is confirmed:
- Contact ScentBarCA within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with visual evidence.
- Requests will be reviewed, and eligibility determined at ScentBarCA’s sole discretion.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Notes:
- Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process.
- Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
- Allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered to the correct address or postal code, ScentBarCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery. Allow 1–2 days grace period for packages marked “delivered,” as carriers sometimes pre-scan items before final delivery.
Governing Law and Disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes or claims must be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

ScentBarCA reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
