Important Shipping Update – Canada Post Strike

Canada Post, our primary shipping provider, is currently on a national strike. As a result, all international Canada Post shipments are paused and will not be processed or delivered until the strike ends.

International orders using Canada Post will remain on hold until service resumes. For official updates, please visit Canada Post Negotiations.

Domestic orders are not affected — we continue shipping within Canada as usual via UPS.

Order Fulfillment

We ship orders 7 days a week Monday through Sunday.
We do not ship orders out on Federal Holidays
Order processing times: 1-10 days.

On occasion we are back ordered/out of stock on a product. This happens when many orders come in at the same time and the inventory is a bit behind. This may result in a full/partial order cancellation.

Destination & Shipping Charges

We ship Worldwide from Canada.

Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout and depend on the customer’s address/destination. The shipping rates are based on the country and location and may vary.

Shipping times may vary for international shipments. Please allow extra time for international shipments to be processed through postal service.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
