Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed and shipped seven days a week, excluding Canadian Federal and Provincial holidays.
Order processing times typically range from 1 to 7 calendar days. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and package your order and does not include shipping transit time.
On occasion, a product may become unavailable due to high order volume or inventory discrepancies. In such cases, ScentBarCA reserves the right to cancel or partially cancel an order and issue a refund for the affected item(s).

ScentBarCA ships worldwide from Canada.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight. Rates vary by country and location.
Shipping Address Policy
1. Accuracy of Information
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your street number, apartment/suite number, and postal code before finalizing your order. ScentBarCA is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the buyer.
2. Address Verification & System Suggestions
In the event that our shipping system flags an address as "undeliverable" or "invalid," we will attempt to contact the customer via the email or phone number provided to verify the details.
If a customer does not respond to our verification attempts within 48, we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ship the parcel to the closest verified address suggested by the postal service.
Once a package has been dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address.
3. Misdelivered or Returned Packages
Incorrect Address: If a package is delivered to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer, we are unable to issue a refund or a replacement.
Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because it was "unclaimed," the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item. If the customer chooses a refund instead, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the total.
4. Communication Confirmation
By placing an order on our website, you agree to monitor the email address provided for any shipping updates or verification requests. Communication sent to the email address on file is deemed received by the customer.
Shipping Times
Shipping transit times vary depending on destination and carrier. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or postal service handling. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
ScentBarCA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country. ScentBarCA is not responsible for customs delays, fees, or seizures.
