By accessing or purchasing from ScentBarCA, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to the policies referenced herein, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not access or use our website or services.

Products and Decants

All products offered by ScentBarCA are hand-decanted samples. ScentBarCA does not sell full-size bottles. Original manufacturer packaging is not included. All fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced from brand owners or authorized retailers. Products are for personal use only and must not be used for any unlawful purposes.

Product Size and Description

All products are sold as indicated on the product page, including size and quantity. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming product details, including size, before completing a purchase. ScentBarCA is not responsible for claims arising from misunderstanding, misrepresentation, or customer confusion regarding product size or quantity.

ScentBarCA makes no guarantees regarding the performance, scent longevity, or any other characteristics of the products. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, directions, and warnings on official brand sites before use.

Orders and Payments

Prices, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. ScentBarCA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms. Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers.

Refunds

All hand-decanted sample sales are final. Damaged shipments must be reported to ScentBarCA within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence. Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before purchasing. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability

All products are sold as-is. ScentBarCA is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper use, misunderstanding of product size or quantity, or any losses or damages that may result from using the products, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScentBarCA’s liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

ScentBarCA may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on the website. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
