Returns, Exchanges, Replacements & Refunds

Samples are hand-decanted and re-bottled by ScentBarCA from 100% authentic/genuine/original manufacturer’s fragrance bottles. We do not accept returns or refunds due to hygiene reasons. All sales are final. 

Sometimes postal service can damage packages. In the event that you receive a damaged product, email us right away (within 3 days of receiving your shipment) with the details and a picture/video attached of the product as you received it.

Replacements will only be issued if an accurate/clear picture/video of the damaged item is provided and is subject to stock availability.

Please inspect your package upon its arrival and contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment if there are any issues with the order. We will not replace or exchange any items or orders after 3 days period.

Refund Process

To request a refund for an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at scentbarca@gmail.com within 3 days of the date of your package delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
  3. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on what to do next.
  4. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
All shipping fees paid to deliver the original order are non-refundable.

We kindly ask that you give 3-5 business days for this transaction to post to your account.

Cancellations

If the order has not been shipped out, ScentBarCA can cancel the order within the first 24 hours of the purchase. Once the order is shipped, the cancellations are no longer accepted.

Orders Not Received

If your order has been scanned delivered to the correct address/postal code - we will not replace or refund your order.

We are not responsible for any orders that are claimed lost or stolen after the time of delivery.

Please allow a day or 2 grace period for shipments scanned as "delivered" as sometimes the package is pre-scanned while in transit to its destination.
